With this Privacy Policy, we bring to your attention matters concerning the processing of your personal data by our company and the rights you enjoy under Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of proprietary data personnel and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and the national legislation in force.

Definitions - according to GDPR:

"processing" means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or personal data sets with or without the use of automated means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying , extraction, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

"recipient" " means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to which personal data are disclosed, whether or not a third party.

"consent" of the person concerned means any manifestation of free, specific, informed and unambiguous will of the person concerned by which he or she accepts, through a statement or unequivocal action, that the personal data concerning her either processed;

Why do we collect this information?

When you interact in any way with us, it is possible to give us or to receive from other sources information:

• • For marketing purposes, but only when we have your prior consent, by sending commercial communications on promotional offers, new or existing products and services, information about partner offers

What is the legal basis for processing?

How long do we store the data?

We store personal data only for the time required to meet our goals, but no more than 3 years after our last interaction with us. Upon expiration of this deadline, we may be able to renew your consent to continue keeping it.

After the end of the period, personal data will be destroyed or deleted from computer systems or converted to anonymous data for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes.

Please note that in certain situations that are expressly regulated, we store the data for as long as required by law.

How do we share your information with others?

The data you provide us will be processed mainly by our assigned personnel, but we may disclose your data, in compliance with the applicable law, to business partners or other third parties. We will ensure, within reasonable limits, that your data does not leave the European Economic Area, but in so far as we transfer data to non-EEA countries, we will ensure in all cases that transfers are legitimate based on your consent your explicit or other legal basis.

We will not distribute, disclose, sell or otherwise provide your personal data.

What are your rights?

Your rights under the GDPR Regulation are as follows:

• • The right to withdraw consent - if we process your data as a result of your agreement;
• • Right to be informed about your data processing – you will always be properly informed about how we process your data;
• • Right of access to data - confirmation / denial of the fact that we process your personal data and, if so, access to that data and information such as: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or the categories of recipients, where it is possibly - the expected storage period. In addition, if personal data is not collected directly from you, the source of these data and, where appropriate, the existence of an automated decision-making process, including the creation of profiles;
• • The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data - you have the right to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you and their completion, including by providing a supplementary statement;
• • The right to delete ("the right to be forgotten") - if these data are no longer needed or you withdraw your consent. However, we note that this right does not apply to the extent that processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation we have or to exercise or defend a right in court;
• • The right to restrict processing - if the data subject is contesting the accuracy of the data, if the processing is illegal but you do not want to delete the data and instead request restriction of processing, if the operator no longer needs this data but you ask for the contestation , the exercise or defense of a right in court, or if you have opposed the processing for the length of time that it is checked that the legitimate interests of the operator prevail over those of the data subject;
• • The right to data portability - You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and readable form, and to transmit this data to another operator , if this is technically feasible;
• • The right to oppose data processing - when processing is aimed at direct marketing, you have the right to oppose your processing at any time, including the creation of profiles;
• • The right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles that produce legal effects that affect you or affect you to a significant extent. This right does not apply if the processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract or if the processing is authorized by the legislation in force;
• • The right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority and the right to appeal to the courts.

• • The rights listed above are not absolute. There are exceptions, so each request received will be analyzed so that we can decide whether it is founded or not. Insofar as the application is well founded, we will facilitate the exercise of your rights. • • We will try to respond to the request within 30 days. However, the deadline may be extended depending on various aspects, such as the complexity of the request, the large number of requests received or the inability to identify you within a useful time.
• • If we are unable to identify you and you do not provide us with sufficient additional information, we are not required to comply with the request.

Provisions relating to the processing of data belonging to minors under 16 years of age

We are not used to processing personal data belonging to under 16s. GDPR Regulation (EU) 679/2016 provides that processing of these data categories is legal only if and to the extent that consent is granted or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility to the minor. In this regard, we will make every reasonable effort to verify in such cases that the holder of parental responsibility has granted or authorized consent, taking into account the available technologies.
